I was born and raised in Northern VA, and I live to be a good husband and dad to my wife and two kids. I enjoying volunteering because I love making a difference in my community. In my free time I like to canoe and play basketball.

I got my real estate license because I feel that buyers and sellers need to be treated with more honesty, fairness, transparency, and respect. I want to keep you from going through the same negative real estate experiences that so many people, including myself, have been subjected to.

I know my stuff, I'm innovative, and I know how to get things done. I hold an engineering degree from Virginia Tech, a business degree at George Washington University, and I've worked at Booz Allen Hamilton, Deloitte, and the Executive Office of the President. If you price it right and show it well, it will sell.

Over 90% of home buyers use the internet in their home buying process (Source). It is critical that your home looks good so that it attracts more buyers and sells quickly. As you can see from my photography portfolio below, I will not skimp out on professional photos for your listing like other agents.

You'll also make more money selling your home with me. Agents traditionally charge 6% to sell a home. I think that's silly and absurd. My rates are far better for superior service. Don't be swayed by other agents who over promise on listing price just so you'll sign a contract with them. You may risk having your home on the market for several months with multiple price drops and extremely disruptive home showings.

Make a purchase, not a mistake

They say it's the biggest purchase of your life and that you need expert guidance to get through it. But when it comes down to it, other agents will pressure you into making a purchase so they can collect their commissions. I'll never do that. I suggest that buyers make multiple visits to a home before making an offer so they can be sure it's the right home. I also have a very successful method to find pre-market homes.

You'll also save money purchasing your home with me. Other agents will tell you that they work for you for free because the seller pays the agents' commissions, but that's not completely true. That money is coming from you, and I'll help you keep more of your hard-earned money in your own pockets.
